Tiny crystals, reflecting every drop of sunlight, create intricate patterns of brilliance, as the nights grow cooler and the days shorter. As a child, I marveled at the artwork on the window pane. The thin lines or ice created snowflakes more beautiful than I could dream up with my scissors and paper.
